LITAN® is our collective name for polyurethanes manufactured with the utmost care and precision to meet the industry’s high expectations for quality and performance. They are manufactured using hot casting, RibbonFlow®, spraying, and injection molding.

We use several types of raw materials to customize the properties so that the finished product is suitable for specific operating conditions. Each SLITAN® quality used is documented with detailed raw materials and manufacturing methods.

SlitanWith a modern machine park adapted to produce components ranging in size from a few grams up to rollers and industrial supplies consisting of several hundred kilograms of polyurethane. The manufacturing of large, quality-assured polyurethane products has become a specialty for UW-ELAST AB.

We mold Slitan® materials for e.g., wheel coatings, roller coatings, drive drums, dampers, flanged wheels, membranes, contact rollers, rope sheaves, forklift wheels, drivers, etc.

We understand all the advantages of polyurethane, as well as its limitations. For each occasion, we evaluate operating conditions and can tailor a suitable solution. We then produce it with consistent and agreed-upon quality.

We also have the capability to continuously take samples from production to ensure that requirements are met.
