Rubber Mooring Spring

We sell custom-designed mooring springs made of EPDM. They can be packaged with the customer’s own logo on the bag header during packing.

Function of the mooring spring:
The mooring line is threaded through the spring without knots or accessories. The damping achieved also increases the line’s durability. The mooring spring also has many other uses, for example, to mitigate jerking of horses during transport or when towing cars.

Naturally, ROHS and REACH approved material.

The first step is to tape or burn the end of the line. Then, determine the spring’s placement on the line and thread it through the spring, as shown in the image. Next, stretch the line so that it is pulled into the recesses. Easy, right?

By pulling the line as shown in Figure 2, you can create an end loop with powerful locking and simultaneous spring action.
