Precision Cutting in PU Material, Plexiglas, and Rubber

We offer waterjet cutting. We cut from our own manufactured sheets of PU materials, as well as Plexiglas, rubber mats, and more. If you send us a drawing in PDF or DXF format, we can quickly assist you with flat components for sealing or damping. With a simple sketch, we can also create a program and waterjet cut lining/wear protection for all common applications. The main advantage of this method is that no molds or tools are required for your needs.

Die Cutting

Die cutting is a traditional method for creating many holes in a sheet or profile. We manufacture our cutting dies according to customer specifications and then quickly produce the components to be delivered. Depending on the series size and the shape of the component, waterjet cutting can be an alternative to die cutting.
