General information about rubber products
We are experts in rubber components!
The most common item at Gotlands Gummifabrik AB is a black or gray rubber component molded from a customer-owned tool. When working with silicone, components are typically produced at GGF TMRubber in Poland. The materials we process are various types of rubber, with hardness levels usually ranging from 30 Shore up to 90 Shore.
We can assist the customer from the initial order through tool manufacturing to the production of components delivered directly to the client. With us, the customer retains 100% ownership of their tool.
We work with a wide range of products. We have approximately 1,000 active items each year, produced in either our injection presses or compression presses. No series or component is too large or too small for us.
In addition to these customer-owned tools, we also offer a standard range of bushings, cable grommets, rubber feet, and mooring springs. We also have a small selection of gift items. PLEASE NOTE: We also sell the Bålsta wheel! The Bålsta wheel has a wheel diameter x width of 160×35 mm and a hub length/axle hole of 60-6 mm.
Assembly: We have an assembly hall where we can also assist with further processing. Additionally, we can produce mats and cut flat components in our waterjet cutting machine.
