In equipment for screening various materials, some can be highly aggressive and abrasive. We spray-coat to an appropriate thickness with SLITAN®, which, even with the most abrasive materials, has a very long service life.
The spray-coating method is highly practical as we can apply varying thicknesses depending on where the greatest wear occurs. A thin protective layer, approximately 1 mm thick, not only prevents wear but also corrosion. A suitable coating thickness for this application is approximately 5-10 mm.
