Casting
Molding is perhaps the most common method for manufacturing a polyurethane component.
A mould is manufactured to define the dimensions of the finished part. This enables us to manufacture wheels, rollers, machine components, dampers, membranes, etc., with requirements for excellent material properties. Parts ranging in size from a few grams up to several hundred kilograms can be produced. The method is suitable for small and medium-sized production runs.
E.g. Contact roller, backup rollers for embossing rollers, seals, etc.
