Today, polyurethane rubber is used exclusively as lining in free-fall mixers. This results in a significantly lighter mixer, less burnt-on concrete, and longer service life compared to conventional black wear rubber.
The polyurethane rubber is also completely resistant to substances such as form oil, which means that our sealing ring at the material chute has a much longer service life than the equivalent in conventional rubber.
The three-collar lining has a 3 mm perforated plate cast in 1.5 mm from the bottom of the plates to ensure mounting and to prevent concrete from working its way behind the lining.
