The solution is polyurethane recoating, which often makes the product as good as new. <\/p>\n<p>UW-ELAST regularly recoats a variety of products, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive wheels and feed wheels, i.e., wheels that drive and\/or feed something forward.<\/li>\n<li>Track vehicle wheels coated with polyurethane.<\/li>\n<li>Sheave wheels.<\/li>\n<li>Contact rollers<\/li>\n<li>Conveyor roller<\/li>\n<li>Forklift wheels<\/li>\n<li>Mill wheels<\/li>\n<li>Rollers and cylinders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Common to these products is often a metal core that has been coated with polyurethane. Through recoating, the lifespan of these products can be further extended. The manufacturing methods for coating and recoating vary slightly, often involving hot casting (molding) or Ribbon-flow. See also <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uw-elast.se\/en\/ribbon-flow\/\">roller coating<\/a> with Ribbon-flow. The latter method is used for recoating and new coating of rollers in larger dimensions.
