Hot casting

Hot casting is perhaps the most common method used for polyurethane products, in which a mould is produced
corresponding to the dimension of the finished part.

This enables us to produce wheels, rolls, machine parts, dampers, membranes etc. with excellent wear and strength
properties, ranging from a few grams up to several hundred kilos.

The method is suitable for short and medium production runs.
